A workshop about the importance of collaboration, communication, feedback and team work. We will highlight the power of feedback in teams. How does feedback help people grow, build trust and make teamwork more effective?
We will dive into the world of a developer. How and when to communicate with different team members, colleagues, stakeholders? What type of team roles and team meetings exist?
We will practice with giving and receiving feedback. Participants will increase their self-awareness around preferred team roles.
