Background and purpose

This workshop is designed to help HYF trainees improve their presentation skills in a supportive environment. In today’s tech landscape, the ability to clearly present ideas - whether in meetings, code reviews, or stakeholder briefings - is a critical skill that supports both individual success and team effectiveness. To work well in teams, strong communication is essential. It builds confidence, enhances clarity, and improves your impact as a communicator.

This workshop provides a low-pressure, safe space to practice presentation techniques, experiment with tone, structure, and clarity, receive constructive feedback from peers and vice versa, build confidence through practice and support.
