Use this when you are reviewing a student's 5-minute dashboard presentation recording. There is no score: your job is to say what worked and what would make the next presentation stronger.
You will be given a link to the recording (a SAS link) that plays straight in your browser. Click it and the video streams like any online video: no Azure sign-in, no Portal, nothing to install.
If the link does not open, it has most likely expired (these links are time-limited). That is not a problem with the student's work. Ask for a fresh link and carry on.
The student was asked to present both dashboards in under 5 minutes using a what / why / action structure. Watch for these and note which are present:
Write two or three sentences: one thing the student did well, and one or two specific things to improve next time (for example "state the time range up front", or "interpret the fare-per-mile panel instead of only reading it").
The what / why / action structure is exactly what NL data-analyst interview panels look for in a "take us through your dashboard" task, so it is worth telling a student when they do it well: it is a CV-ready skill.
