Deliverable: the capstone launchpad. Next week you build a complete project. This week's assignment is to prepare the ground so Week 5 starts with building, not with setup.

1. Pick the capstone idea. Something real but scoped to a week, matching your main track (web / backend / testing). One paragraph: what it is, who it's for.
2. Define done (Week 3 habit) — three to five checkable statements. This is the contract you'll build against.
3. Set up the repo. New repository, connected to GitHub, with a CLAUDE.md written for this project: stack, commands, conventions, boundaries ("Do not" section included).
4. Create at least one subagent — the reviewer at minimum, adjusted to the capstone's stack. Add others only if the project genuinely needs them.
5. Connect what's needed. Figma if there's a design, anything else the project requires — minimum set, per the connectors page.
6. Write the model strategy — one line: what runs fast, what escalates. Put it at the bottom of your plan.
7. Post the launchpad: repo link + a one-page plan (idea, done-definition, stage breakdown per the Week 3 flow, model strategy).

You are done with Week 4 when

• [ ] Your capstone repo exists with a project-specific CLAUDE.md.
• [ ] Your reviewer subagent runs on this repo and has no edit access.
• [ ] Every connector the project needs is connected — and nothing extra.
• [ ] Your one-page plan is posted: idea, done-definition, stages, model strategy.
• [ ] Week 5 can start with the first skeleton prompt — nothing left to configure.
