• Kickoff session: form teams, assign roles, review project brief and requirements
• Demo: walkthrough of an example final project showing architecture, pipeline, and presentation
• Workshop: team scoping exercise where each team defines their MVP and milestones
• Check-in structure: weekly standups, mid-project review, and pre-presentation dry run
• Cross-track coordination: facilitating communication between data and web track teams
• Presentation coaching: how to demo a data pipeline effectively (show the flow, not just the output)
• Assessment rubric: pipeline functionality, deployment, code quality, documentation, presentation, teamwork
